PCmag@Work (Small Business): What Does the Apple Tablet Mean for Business?
“The short answer is, “Who knows?” But like all things Apple iSlatey, there are some clues to be had in what has come before as the iPhone went mainstream, as well as in what people want from their future iPad (or whatever it’ll be called).
For example, mobile and desktop application developer Appcelerator today released information from a survey of 18,000 developers. 90 percent of them have an interest in writing native apps for an Apple tablet sometime in 2010. And while “games” ranks highest in categories developers want to create for on iPhone, the Apple tablet has developers thinking mainly in another direction: business/productivity apps.”
